From ‘2022 WC winners’ to ‘2018 WC winners’…Liverpool in talks to sign a new deal

Liverpool are in talks with Benjamin Pavard.

The 2022-23 season was a bit of a disappointment for Liverpool. Going into the season, they were expected to form a double-header with Manchester City, but instead they finished fifth in the league. They missed out on qualifying for the UEFA Champions League (UCL) and didn’t lift a trophy.

They are looking to rebound. The most “obvious” way to do that is to strengthen the squad. They’ve already done that in the midfield. The Reds have signed Brighton’s “lifeblood” and Qatar 2022 World Cup winner Alexis McAllister. “Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign McAllister,” the club announced on its website on Monday. McAllister has successfully completed a medical and has agreed personal terms to become Liverpool’s first signing of the summer transfer window,” the club announced.

McAllister said: “I’ve wanted to be here from day one of pre-season and it’s great that everything has worked out. I’m looking forward to meeting my teammates. I’ve had a fantastic year. We won the World Cup and achieved something with Brighton. But now it’s time to think about Liverpool and work to become a better player and a better person,” he said on joining the club.

Liverpool have a World Cup winner in 2022. As if that weren’t enough, they also have a 2018 World Cup winner. The star of the show is Frenchman Fabregas. The Frenchman, who is a year away from expiring his contract with Munich, recently expressed his desire to join the club. “Favard has informed the club that he wants to leave this summer,” said Christian Falk of German outlet Bild.안전놀이터

In response, Liverpool have made contact with Favre. “His agent is already in talks with several clubs. Liverpool is one of the candidates.”

“Chelsea and Barcelona have already expressed interest in Favre,” he said. Italian Serie A clubs AC Milan and Inter Milan are also monitoring the player’s situation.”
