The Pohang Steelers have reacquired striker Hong Yun-sang, who left for Wolfsburg in Germany. He will wear the number 37.토토사이트
Hong Yun-sang is a ‘Sungol Youth’ who went through the Pohang Steelers’ youth system from Pohang Iron & Steel Dongcho, Pohang Iron & Steel Middle, and Pohang Iron & Steel High. In 2019, he participated in the U-17 World Cup in Brazil, and in 2020, he led the Pohang Steelers U-18 team to the title at the K League Youth Championship, winning the tournament’s best player award.
After joining the Pohang Steelers out of high school in 2021, Hong was sent on loan to Wolfsburg in Germany shortly after joining. After moving to Wolfsburg permanently that summer, Hong gained experience on loan to St. Pölten in Austria and Nuremberg in Germany.
Hong’s strength is his dribbling, where he uses his speed to take away the tempo of the opposition. He is also very decisive in front of goal, making him a force to be reckoned with in the centre of the park as well as on the flanks.
The addition of Hong Yun-sang, who is also a U-22 resource, gives Pohang even more options in attack.
After completing his medical on the 10th of this month, Hong joined the Songra clubhouse and has been working alongside the existing Pohang players.
