Reporter Park Jae-ho = James Rodriguez (Olympiacos) and Radamel Falcao (Real Vallecano) are coming to Korea.

On the 14th (Korean time), the Colombia Football Association announced a list of 25 players who will go on an expedition to Korea and Japan through its official social network service (SNS).

Colombia will face South Korea with a team of elite members. ‘Veteran’ James Rodriguez (Olympiacos) and Radamel Falcao (Real Vallecano) were named. Davinson Sanchez (Tottenham), Son Heung-min’s Tottenham teammate, was also included. On the other hand, Juventus striker Juan Cuadrado was excluded.나르샤 토토

Rodriguez is a world-class striker that Colombia is proud of. From 2014 to 2020, he played for prestigious teams such as Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Afterwards, he moved to Olympiacos this season through Everton and Al Rayan, and is working with Hwang In-beom. This is the third visit to Korea after 2017 and 2019.

Falcao also played for big clubs such as Atletico Madrid, Manchester United and Chelsea. He scored a goal in an evaluation match held in Korea four years ago.

Previously, on the 13th, Korea announced a call-up list of 26 players for the 2nd A match in March. Yoon Jong-kyu and Hong-chul were removed from the Qatar World Cup members, and Ki-je Lee and Hyun-kyu Oh joined. 

Korea shows a uniquely strong side to Colombia, the ‘South American powerhouse’. With the recent 2 wins in a row, they lead with a total of 4 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss.

After an evaluation match in Korea on the 24th, Colombia will move to Osaka, Japan to play against Japan.
